Quotes and enquiries
Submitting the quote request form is an enquiry, not a booking. Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance, and no equipment, crew or date is reserved until MetaBear confirms it in writing under a signed agreement.
Any scope, equipment list or pricing we provide in response to an enquiry is subject to availability, site conditions and confirmation.
Information on this site
We describe our services, equipment categories and service areas as accurately as we can. Specific equipment models, quantities and configurations are confirmed per event in your scope of work. Images on this site are illustrative of the kind of production we deliver.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information about your event so we can scope it properly.

Intellectual property
The MetaBear name, logo, site design, copy and imagery are owned by MetaBear or used with permission. Don't reproduce them without written consent. Brand assets you send us for a project remain yours; you confirm you have the right to supply them and to have them reproduced on event elements.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability
This website is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MetaBear is not liable for loss arising from your reliance on information published on this site. Liability relating to services actually booked is dealt with in the event agreement, not here.
