We scope to the venue
Ceiling height, rigging points, power, dock access, curfews and in-house rules shape what can actually be built. We work those out before we quote, not after you've signed.
About MetaBear
MetaBear is a full-service event production company. We supply the equipment, but the job we're actually hired for is making sure the room works — that the screen is the right size, the audio carries, the rig is safe, the branding lands and somebody competent is standing there when it matters.
What we do
Most event suppliers pick a lane. Equipment houses rent boxes. Decor companies style rooms. Neither wants to own the whole result.
We cover both sides: A/V, LED walls and screens, sound and PA, microphones, lighting and uplighting, staging and trussing and DJ equipment on the technical side — and photo booths, step-and-repeats, red carpet, backdrops, wall wraps, vinyl decals, dance floors, floral, decor and balloon design on the creative side. We also handle bar services, permit expediting and talent booking.

Delivery, load-in, rigging, cabling, focus and programming are handled by the people who planned the build — so nothing gets lost in a handover.
On-site support through the run of show, then the strike afterwards. You shouldn't be troubleshooting a microphone during a toast.
Branded elements, printed surfaces, florals and decor are planned alongside the lighting and screen content, so the room reads as one idea instead of several.
Where we work
Los Angeles and Palm Springs, California; Las Vegas, Nevada; Miami, Florida; New York, New York; and Washington, DC. These are markets we travel to and produce in — not branch offices. If your event falls outside them, ask and we'll tell you straight away whether we can cover it.
Let's build it
Send over the date, the venue and what you have in mind. We'll come back with a production scope built around it — equipment, creative, crew and setup included.
