It means one company covers the technical production and the creative build. On the technical side that's A/V, LED walls and screens, sound and PA, microphones, lighting and uplighting, staging and trussing, and DJ equipment. On the creative side it's photo booths, custom step-and-repeats, red carpet setups, backdrops, wall wraps and vinyl decals, dance floors, floral and decor, and balloon design. We also handle bar services, permit expediting, and celebrity appearances or talent booking.

We set up. Delivery, install, rigging, programming and strike are handled by our crew, and we provide on-site support while the event is running so you're not the one troubleshooting a microphone during a toast.

We take events in Los Angeles and Palm Springs, California; Las Vegas, Nevada; Miami, Florida; New York, New York; and Washington, DC. These are service areas we travel to and produce in. If your event is outside them, ask — tell us the city and the dates and we'll tell you straight away whether we can cover it.

Corporate events, weddings, brand activations and concerts, plus private events, quinceañeras, sweet sixteens and baby showers. The production scale changes; the approach doesn't.

Yes — ask us about all-in event packages. Because every venue, guest count and run of show is different, packages are built around your specific event rather than sold off a fixed price list. Send your details through the quote form and we'll put a scope together.

Pricing depends on the equipment list, the venue, the guest count, the number of crew and the length of the build. We don't publish fixed prices because a scope that fits a 60-guest reception and one that fits a 900-person general session have almost nothing in common. Request a quote and you'll get a real number for your event.

As early as you can — equipment and crew for a specific date are finite, and larger builds need lead time for staging, rigging and printed elements like step-and-repeats or custom dance floors. If your date is close, still ask: send it over and we'll check availability.

Yes. We plan around load-in windows, rigging points, power availability, in-house A/V rules and site restrictions, and we handle permit expediting where the build needs it. If you have a venue contact or technical spec sheet, send it with your quote request.

Yes. Step-and-repeats, backdrops, wall wraps, vinyl decals, printed dance floors, photo booth overlays and on-screen content are all produced to your artwork and colours. Send us your brand files with the quote request.
