What is MetaBear?
MetaBear is a full-service event production company. We supply the equipment — but the job we’re actually hired for is making sure the room works: that the screen is the right size, the audio carries, the rig is safe, the branding lands, and somebody competent is standing there when it matters.

Photo Booths
Open-air, 360 and mirror booths with an attendant, custom overlays and instant sharing. Booked on their own or built into the wider production.
Event Decor
Balloon installations, draped backdrops, florals, greenery walls and styled displays, scaled to the room rather than the table. Coordinated with the lighting so the space reads as one idea.
Live Sound & Equipment
Line arrays, point-source PA, monitors and wireless microphones tuned so speech stays intelligible and music lands at the back. DJ booths and playback run through the same system.
Custom LED Walls
High-resolution LED walls sized and rigged to the room, running your content, live camera or custom visuals. Pitch and processing specified against the venue, not pulled off a catalogue.
Staging
Decking, risers, ramps and steps built for the sightlines and the load, then skirted clean before doors. Engineered to the venue's rules rather than assembled on the day.
Trussing & Stage Equipment
Ground-support and overhead truss engineered for the fixtures it carries and the points the building allows. Rigged, focused and struck by our own crew.

Tell us the event
Date, city, venue, guest count and what you picture. Rough is fine — we'd rather start from a real sketch than a perfect brief.
We build the scope
We come back with the equipment list, the creative elements, crew and install plan, priced for your venue and run of show.
We install & program
Our crew delivers, rigs, wires, focuses and programs everything, then tests it before doors — not while guests are arriving.
We run it, then strike
A technician stays on site through the event and handles the breakdown afterwards, so the day ends when it's supposed to.
