Screen size, PA coverage, truss span and rigging points are decided by the venue — ceiling height, sightlines, power, load-in access and what the building will let you hang. We spec against those constraints first, then build the look on top.

It means one company covers the technical production and the creative build. On the technical side that's A/V, LED walls and screens, sound and PA, microphones, lighting and uplighting, staging and trussing, and DJ equipment. On the creative side it's photo booths, custom step-and-repeats, red carpet setups, backdrops, wall wraps and vinyl decals, dance floors, floral and decor, and balloon design. We also handle bar services, permit expediting, and celebrity appearances or talent booking.
We set up. Delivery, install, rigging, programming and strike are handled by our crew, and we provide on-site support while the event is running so you're not the one troubleshooting a microphone during a toast.
