Who this policy covers
This policy explains how MetaBear (“MetaBear”, “we”, “us”) handles information collected through this website. It applies to visitors to the site and to people who submit an enquiry through it.
Information we collect
We collect the information you choose to give us. When you submit the quote request form, that includes your name, company or organization, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, and the event details you provide — event type, date, city, venue, estimated guest count, budget indication, the services you select, your description of the event and any reference links.
We do not ask for payment card details, government identification numbers or any special category personal data through this website.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare a production scope and quote.
- To contact you about your event using the method you indicated.
- To keep a record of enquiries for our own business administration.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How your enquiry reaches us
Form submissions from this website are delivered to our booking inbox using a third-party form delivery service, which processes the submission solely to pass it to us. Your submission is also transmitted over an encrypted connection.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising cookies and does not use browser storage to track you across sites.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond to you, to deliver services you go on to book, and to meet our ordinary business and record-keeping needs. [CONFIRM: retention period]
Your choices
You can ask us to confirm what enquiry information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Contact us using the details below and we'll action reasonable requests.
Children
This website is intended for people arranging events and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children through this site.
