A conference stage, a wedding reception and a club night have almost nothing in common technically. Here's how we approach each of the events we produce — and which services usually come with them.
Conferences, general sessions, galas & internal meetings
Corporate Events
Corporate audiences notice when something goes wrong and never notice when it goes right — which is the point. We build the general session end to end: LED wall, PA tuned for speech, presenter mics, stage and truss, lighting, and a technician on comms for the whole run of show.

Weddings
A wedding has three completely different technical acts in one day: a ceremony that has to be heard, a dinner that has to look beautiful, and a reception that has to move. We cover all three — clean audio for vows, uplighting and florals for the room, then a dance floor, DJ system and lighting that take over after dessert.

Brand Activations
An activation lives or dies on whether people stop, engage and post. We build the physical footprint — wall wraps, custom backdrops, printed floors, 360 and mirror booths, red carpet and lighting — and wire the screens and sound that carry the campaign inside it.

Concerts
Live shows are unforgiving on timing and rigging. We handle the parts that have to be right before doors: staging and ground-support truss, a PA sized for the room, monitors, backline and DJ systems, moving lights and the LED surface behind the artist.

Private Events
Private events tend to be in spaces that were never designed for production — backyards, estates, rooftops, restaurants. That's a power, rigging and load-in problem before it's a creative one. We walk the site first, then build a package the venue can actually take.

Quinceañeras
A quinceañera is a staged production with a clear run of show — entrance, waltz, court presentation, toasts, then the party. We light and cue each moment, run the audio for speeches and choreography, and build the entrance and photo moments the night is remembered for.

Sweet Sixteens
Sixteens want the room to feel like a venue, not a hall — and they want it to look good on camera. We bring the club treatment: DJ booth and sound, moving lights and haze, an LED wall for visuals, a printed dance floor and a booth that keeps the line moving.

Daytime celebrations, styled setups & guest moments
Baby Showers
Daytime events are judged almost entirely on how they photograph. We focus the production there: a styled backdrop and balloon installation that anchors the room, soft even lighting, clean audio for speeches, and a booth so guests leave with something printed.
