Photo booths

The thing people queue for.

A booth is the one piece of production your guests walk up to on purpose. Done properly it produces a line, a hundred posts and something everyone leaves holding. Done badly it is a folding table with a camera on it in a badly lit corner.

01 / 03 — The one that fits anywhere

Open-Air Photo Booth

An open-air booth is a camera, lighting and a backdrop rather than an enclosed box, so the queue can see what is happening and groups are not capped by the size of a curtain. It suits receptions and corporate floors where the booth has to read as part of the room instead of a cabinet parked in the corner.

  • Fits large groups, not just pairs
  • Backdrop swaps to your artwork or colours
  • Works in a lobby, on a dance floor edge, or against a step-and-repeat
  • Compact footprint and a fast build

360 Photo Booth

A raised platform with a camera arm that orbits the guest, producing slow-motion video rather than a still. It is the format people actually stop for, and the output is built to be posted — which is why it earns its footprint at activations and milestone parties.

  • Slow-motion video output, not a print
  • Platform becomes a focal point in the room
  • Pairs with lighting and haze for the full effect
  • Overlays and framing built to your brand

Mirror Photo Booth

A full-length mirrored surface that doubles as the screen and the camera. Guests interact with their own reflection, and the unit itself looks like a designed object rather than equipment — so it holds up in a room where a visible rig would break the styling.

  • Full-length, so full-body shots work
  • Touch interaction on the mirror surface
  • Reads as decor rather than equipment
  • Custom on-screen graphics

Specified alongside it

A booth is not
a standalone rental.

What surrounds the booth decides whether the photos are worth posting. These are scoped in the same conversation, by the same crew, on the same load-in.

Custom step-and-repeats

Branded media wall printed to your artwork, rigged clean so every arrival photo carries the logo.

Red carpet setups

Carpet, stanchions and press-line lighting — turns a doorway into an entrance moment.

Custom backdrops

Printed, fabric or hard-set backdrops sized to the booth and the room.

Lighting for the booth

The booth is only as good as the light on the guest. We light it as part of the room, not as an afterthought.

Printed dance floors

Custom-printed surfaces that photograph as well from above as the booth does head-on.

Screens & content

Live photo feeds and branded content on LED walls or screens next to the booth.

Packages

Built around
your event.

Booth packages are put together from the event itself — the run of show, the guest count, how long the booth needs to be live and what branded elements go with it. A booth running two hours at a reception and a booth running all night at an activation are not the same job, so they are not the same package.

Ask about all-in event packages and we will scope the booth alongside the rest of the production rather than quoting it in isolation.

What we need to quote a booth

  • Event type, date and city
  • Venue, if it is booked
  • Estimated guest count
  • Roughly how long the booth should run
  • Which booth type, or ask us to recommend one
  • Brand files, if it needs to be branded

Photo booth questions

Before you book one.

It depends on what you want people to leave with. Open-air suits big groups and rooms where the booth needs to blend in. A 360 is the one that creates a queue and produces video built for posting. A mirror booth reads as an installation rather than equipment, so it holds up in a heavily styled space. Tell us the room and the guest count and we will tell you which one fits.

Yes. Backdrops, step-and-repeats, on-screen graphics and photo overlays are produced to your artwork and colours. Send brand files with your quote request.

Yes — larger events often run a 360 in one area and an open-air booth in another so the queue does not build in a single spot. Tell us the floor plan and guest count and we will scope it.

Yes. Delivery, install and breakdown are handled by our crew, and we provide on-site support while the event is running.

It depends on the booth type, the length of the event, the backdrop and branded elements, and what else we are producing in the room. Request a quote with your date, city and guest count and you will get a real number for your event.
